Every day at our WHCM Counselling Centres and local
schools we encounter young and old people in emotional and mental distress. Many of them are struggling with the effects of economic deprivation, broken families and relationships, low self-esteem and anxieties.

We are committed to helping these people to cope with whatever life throws at them, but we can not do this without your support. So, please make a gift to WHCM
and join forces with us to restore relationships and build community in East London and Essex.
